We carry out gas safety checks for landlords. We will carry out a thorough gas safety check on any number of properties for landlords. We work quickly, professionally, with high levels of customer care, and at times to suit you and your tenants.
Our gas safety checks are completed with an electronic device. The certificate can then be sent directly to the landlord or agent and printed or forwarded as required.
As a landlord, you are legally responsible for the safety of your tenants in relation to gas safety. By law you must:

• Maintain and repair gas pipework, flues, and appliances in a safe condition.
• Ensure an annual gas safety check is carried out on each appliance and flue.
• A record must be kept of each gas safety check.
• A copy of the gas safety certificate must be provided to their tenants.

Landlords Gas Safety Checks must be completed by a gas safe engineer who is officially registered on the ‘Gas Safe Register’.
